Process Improvement
Processes developed in a vacuum are rarely effective

Many times, they are more complicated than they need to be and don't translate to the day-to-day work experience of your team. The end result? Processes that get developed, written down, put on a shelf, and never seen again.

Processes developed naturally are rarely efficient

The steps in these processes are typically reactive, short sighted and create extra work that never translates to something that can scale.

Our Functional Process approach starts with the real-world experience of your team, fosters buy in and support for a better way of doing things, and works with your team to improve your business.

01
Define
__________________________
We talk about the specific process we are going to improve. We identify where the process starts, where it stops, and every stakeholder who uses the process on a daily basis. At this stage, we also discuss what the desired outcome from the process improvement is.
02
Analyze
_________________________
Once we define the process that needs help, this is where we identify what 'is'. We dig into your current working process together and identify all steps, key components, stakeholders, and needs. We talk about pain points and spend the necessary time to truly understand what is going on.

03
Optimize
__________________________
After understanding what 'is', we transition into evaluating what changes could be made. We will discuss possible solutions and systems that exist as well as what could potentially be implemented or developed for your company specifically. We will target all weak points in your process and work to solve them, developing a clean and concise solution.
04
Implement
__________________________
Our implementations are done side by side with all stakeholders in the process. With full transparency, we will work with you and your staff to implement and roll out new positions, processes, and systems that have been identified in the previous step. We check in after the implementation is complete to ensure everything is running as expected.
