We will cover your goals, last week's to-dos, and company metrics.
Most importantly, we will talk about, and find solutions for, the most urgent problems in your business.
This meeting is typically scheduled for 90 minutes and will save you far more than that on a weekly basis by providing clear direction, communication, and an action plan for each week.
